forgive my nosiness but what hotel are you staying at? is it on the strip or not? what kind of things are you interested in? they have roller coasters and free shows and parties and countless places to eat in Vegas... night clubs and stuff like that.. the best stuff is on the Strip.. i stayed at the New Frontier Inn.. they have an excellent dinner place and a ground floor casino.. theres a pool and a hot tub.. a gift shop... they even have male strippers too..*L* youd be right next to the Stardust which is a good place too... and not far from several awesome places...the Hilton hotel and casino usually has concerts... plus if ya happen to be a Star Trek fan the Hilton has the interactive Star Trek Experience. the Bellagio has the botanical gardens, and the dancing fountains, (those are amazing)Caesars Palace has a 3d IMAX ride and forum shops. they act like real roman society and have festivals and such.. you could go to Circus Circus where they have free indoor circus performances.. or you could even check out the indoor theme park there with all the rides and roller coasters...its the largest indoor amusement center on the planet.. they have some good free stuff over at Excalibur..they have the dragon battle and the court jester stage where costumed entertainers perform.. for those more into high tech they also have motion simulation rides and arcade games and an excellent theatre... Guinness World Records has a Museum in Vegas thou i never went in it... Harrah's has a carnaval court where you can eat and drink and dance.. its like a party all the time.. the Imperial Palace has a classic car show for the auto nut. the Soaring center offers glider and bi-plane rides for one or two passengers... theres a Liberace museum too.. the Luxor has IMAX shows and a museum replica of King Tuts Tomb.. it has simulator rides and a giant arcade..the MGM grand has a lion habitat in it.. the Mirage has a dolphin habitat and an very cool volcano that erupts out front... the New York New York has a cool roller coaster in it called the Manhattan Express.. you could hang out at the Stratosphere theres a ride on the roof of the building... it looks like the space needle... its WAY WAY up there...theres a roller coaster up there too.. thou i damn sure didnt get on it...*L* Treasure Island rocks... they have a pirate show in front of the place every 90 minutes... i saw it several times cuz i was stuck down in that part of town for awhile...*L* you MUST go to the Venetian.. its so romantic and cool...they have a gondola ride complete with serenades and everything..they have some great shops there too.. youll love how the place is painted... the Houdini museum is there too.. there are more topless dance places than you could ever imagine... alot of shops and bars and clubs too... more places to eat than i can even count... any kind of food you could think of... if ya want a better idea of whats there grab one of those little 24/7 magazines they have in cabs and other places around town.. it will give you maps and coupons and a list of all sorts of things... oh and stay away from what would normally be a newspaper machine..in Vegas those machines are usually crammed full of porn and call girl ads..*L*

i wanna go see Shrek 2 at a midnight show but dave seems unwilling??

ummm oh...dave's getting a convertible (i always insist on that *L*) so a drive outside vegas may be in the works
